Staff was friendly and accommodating. Liked courtyard room on lower floor.
Hot tub was not working while we were there. That was one of the main reasons we booked at this hotel, so we were very disappointing. Staff offered to purchase a fitness club entry for us, but we wanted the outdoor hot tub experience. Shuttle was timely and efficient, but we had to leave before breakfast was served, and I was surprised there wasn't a "to go bag" of breakfast goodies for us, like we have had at other hotels.

This was a very nice hotel for the price and the breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. I would stay at Red Lion again.
Would like a senior discount since I dont car to belong to AARP or AAA. I don't qualify for anything else.

Very nice hotel staff.
The room was sub par re: comfort in bed, pillows, smell. The mattress was soft, old, lopsided, pillows small and lumpy. The odor in the room was strange, off, strangely medicinal. Gross.

Liked the proximity to campus but the hotel is really in need of an updating. Old, worn and drab looking.

It was very close to where I needed to be.
1. Rooms were filthy. Coffee and other stains on pillow cases when I arrived in the room. Clearly the pillow cases had not been changed in some time. 2. The AC/Fan did not work in the room 3. I *SPECIFICALLY* asked the person at the front desk to be placed in a room where I would not be able to hear noise from the nightclub. She put me in absolutely the closest possible room to the night club and I spent till past 1am listening to loud talking and amplified music. 4. The hot tub was supposed to close at 10pm. At 11:30 I called the front desk and aske if they would help. At 12:30 there were still people in the hot tub. Bottom line - sounds like you guys are catering to the party/rowdy crowd, not the family/young kids crowd. I will adjust my hotel staying plans in the future to a place more geared toward a family atmosphere.

I was in transit to Palm Springs so only needed overnight accommodation. For this, it was a bit expensive. However, the access from I5 was easy, in and out. The breakfast buffet was sufficient.
